The Free Plan may have limitations including, but not limited to, restricted access to certain features, limited usage quotas, and the presence of advertisements. We reserve the right to modify the features and limitations of the Free Plan at any time.
Paid Plans are available on a one-time payment basis. By selecting a Paid Plan, you agree to pay the specified fees according to the billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
When making a purchase, you confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate and reflects your location at the time of the transaction. If applicable, any VAT or taxes charged will correspond to your correct country of residence.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full price of the package. If a payment fails, we may request that you complete the transaction manually.
Purchases can be refunded if a request is submitted through support within 72 hours of the transaction date.
We only use your information to enable you to access and use the services we provide. We may share your information with our payment processors for anti-fraud purposes, but we do not share your information with marketers or other unaffiliated third parties.
If you wish to have your account deleted and your personal data erased, you may submit a request to our support team. For anti-fraud reasons, we reserve the right to deny data erasure requests if there are recent purchases associated with your account. Please refer to Recital 47 of the EU GDPR law for more details.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
